1. Agreement and operator

These Terms are between you and Review Reply Plus Pty Ltd (ABN 45 702 111 500, ACN 702 111 500), of 916 High Street, Reservoir VIC 3073, Australia, which operates Review Reply PLUS.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using Review Reply PLUS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old. If you add or act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.

3. The service

Review Reply PLUS helps businesses manage Google reviews and related customer-feedback workflows. Depending on the selected plan, features may include AI reply drafts, Autopilot, review alerts, Review Rescue, review-removal guidance, Map Rank Tracker, Business Insights, customer review invitations, QR and NFC tools, Smart Review Trigger and Smart Visits.

Review Reply PLUS integrates with Google for review-platform features. Obsolete Facebook and TripAdvisor product integrations are not offered.

We may improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Third-party services, internet access and supported devices may be required for some features.

4. Google and third-party services

Google Business Profile and other features rely on services controlled by Google and other providers. Their availability, policies and interfaces can change. You must comply with applicable third-party terms.

You authorise us to access connected Google Business Profile information and publish replies that you approve or permit through Autopilot. Disconnecting Google removes our stored credentials and triggers an attempted revocation of our Google authorisation. It does not remove your Google Business Profile, reviews or replies already published on Google.

Google alone decides whether a review is removed. Review Reply PLUS provides guidance and analysis but does not guarantee removal, ranking outcomes, review volume or business results.

5. AI-generated content

AI-generated replies, analysis and messages may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or sending it. If you enable Autopilot, you remain responsible for the resulting published replies and for selecting appropriate settings.

You must not use generated content unlawfully, deceptively, or in breach of a third-party platform's terms.

6. Current plans and pricing

Current subscriptions are billed weekly in Australian dollars and cover one business:

Subscriptions renew automatically each week until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise Stripe to charge the selected payment method at each renewal.

We may change current prices by giving reasonable advance notice. A change applies from a future billing period stated in that notice.

Some existing Premium customers may remain on legacy billing arrangements that are no longer offered to new customers. Those arrangements may continue on their existing terms unless changed or cancelled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law. They are not advertised as currently available plans.

7. Free trial

An eligible new customer may receive one 7-day free trial per person. The trial includes:

• 3 AI replies in total during the entire trial;
• negative-review alerts;
• Review Rescue; and
• Smart Review Trigger.

The trial does not include Autopilot, review-removal requests or Map Rank Tracker. Repeat trials are not available, including by using email aliases. Trial eligibility is determined using the privacy-preserving method described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe-hosted billing portal available from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals in accordance with the effective date displayed in that portal. Deleting your Review Reply PLUS account attempts to cancel an active subscription immediately before deleting the account.

You remain responsible for charges properly incurred before cancellation takes effect.

9. Refunds and consumer rights

Payments already made are generally not refundable merely because you change your mind or stop using the service. We will review billing errors, duplicate charges and exceptional circumstances on request at support@reviewreply.com.au.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy or entitlement to a refund that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• information, instructions, settings and content supplied through your account;
• reviewing content before publishing or sending it, except where you knowingly enable automation;
• having authority and any required consent to provide customer contact information;
• complying with privacy, spam, consumer and marketing laws;
• maintaining accurate Google and business information; and
• securing your account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised use.

11. Acceptable use and review integrity

You must not use Review Reply PLUS to:

• create, solicit or facilitate fake, misleading or unlawful reviews;
• manipulate ratings or engage in review gating;
• offer a benefit conditional on leaving a review, leaving a positive review, changing or removing a review, or giving a particular rating;
• send unlawful unsolicited messages;
• publish defamatory, infringing, deceptive or unlawful content;
• circumvent Google or another provider's policies or technical controls;
• probe, attack, disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service; or
• use the service in a way that harms another person or our systems.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access, acting reasonably and giving notice where appropriate, for fraud, non-payment, abusive or malicious use, review manipulation, breach of provider rules, unlawful activity, security threats or a material breach of these Terms.

Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect customers, consumers, providers or the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

13. Your content and licence

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service and comply with law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content and personal information you provide.

14. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Availability can be affected by maintenance, internet or device conditions, Google, Stripe, Firebase and other third-party services, and events beyond our reasonable control.

15. Liability and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties or guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. Where the law permits a remedy for a failure to be limited, our liability may be limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

16. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update these Terms when our service, pricing or legal obligations change. We will change the fixed “Last updated” date when the document changes and give reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from them have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
