You can permanently delete your Review Reply PLUS business account from this page. You may also request help by emailing support@reviewreply.com.au from the email address connected to your account.

Before continuing, download anything you need. Account deletion cannot be undone.

What happens when you delete your account

After you enter the required confirmation and confirm deletion, we:

1. attempt to revoke Review Reply PLUS's Google authorisation for your connected Google account(s);
2. always delete the Google access credentials and connection identifiers held by us;
3. attempt to cancel any active Review Reply PLUS subscription immediately; and
4. permanently delete your login and the records owned by your account.

Owned records include your profile, businesses, reviews and replies stored with us, customer-email book, Review Rescue records, review-removal records, alerts, Map Rank information, usage records, subscription records held by us, Smart Review Trigger settings, Smart Visits business records and anonymous monthly Smart Visits statistics for your businesses.

What account deletion does not remove

• Your Google Business Profile, Google reviews and replies already published to Google remain on Google.
• If Google does not confirm revocation, you should also remove Review Reply PLUS from Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Stripe retains its own payment, invoice, tax and transaction records under its policies and legal obligations.
• Messages or notifications already delivered to recipients cannot be recalled.

Limited records that may remain

After account deletion, we may retain:

• a keyed, non-reversible trial-prevention fingerprint, which does not contain the raw email address and is automatically deleted 24 months after the first trial; and
• Where applicable, limited Smart Visits security audit records may be retained for up to 24 months. These records contain only security/audit information and, where a partner member reference was involved, a non-reversible hash rather than the original member reference.

We may also retain information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Smart Visits consumer deletion is separate

If you use the separate Smart Visits consumer app and want its anonymous device data deleted, use Privacy & Data → Delete my data → Delete in that app. Smart Visits turns off and clears local Smart Visits data immediately. If the phone is offline or the service is unavailable, the app securely keeps only the minimal anonymous deletion credential, retries automatically after reconnection or restart, displays Pending or Completed status, and permanently removes the credential after server deletion is confirmed.

Permanent action: deleting your Review Reply PLUS account cannot be undone.
