Ordinary Review Reply PLUS pages

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) may operate on ordinary Review Reply PLUS website and business pages. GA4 may set Google's _ga cookies and collect standard website-usage information, including:

  • pages viewed and page addresses;
  • approximate location derived from an IP address;
  • device and browser type; and
  • referring website or source.

We do not send customer contact-book data, review content or custom customer events to GA4. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the site's GA4 configuration. Review Reply PLUS does not use Google Ads or remarketing tags.

Google handles analytics information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Sensitive pages where analytics does not load

GA4 does not load on sensitive Smart Visits, check-in or activation routes, including routes beginning:

  • /smart-visits and every page under it, including /smart-visits/* and /smart-visits/activate/*; and
  • /v/*.

Activation tokens, partner member references, anonymous device identifiers, coordinates and ENTER/DWELL/EXIT events are not sent to GA4 or another analytics service.

Essential storage

We use cookies or browser storage that are necessary to authenticate users, maintain security and operate the service. Disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in or other parts of the service from working.
